Role Overview
The Causeway Adoption team is committed to ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our solutions. The LMS & Training Manager leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s training strategy — overseeing learning systems, training content, and external partnerships to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience across all products and teams. This role plays a critical part in shaping a scalable, forward-thinking approach that supports both product adoption and employee development. This is a one-year contract — an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on how Causeway delivers learning at scale.
We are open to candidates at different stages of their career: a junior hire will be supported and mentored to grow into strategic responsibilities over time, while a more experienced candidate will take full ownership from day one. Either way, you will leave this mission with significantly expanded skills, a tangible portfolio of work, and a clear step-up in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a company-wide training programme aligned with organisational goals and growth plans, with particular focus on supporting CausewayOne adoption and new product launches.
- Manage Causeway Learn (our LMS), staying current with best practices and driving innovation in delivery tools and technologies.
- Oversee training content development across all products, working closely with Product teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Coordinate external training consultants and manage relationships with training providers.
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets (training catalogue, pricing, pitch materials) to support the commercial promotion of Causeway’s training offering and drive client adoption.
- Monitor training effectiveness and oversee day-to-day operations, implementing improvements based on feedback and data.
- Lead the launch and growth of Certifier, Causeway's credential platform, managing a three-tier certification programme (Functional, Role, and Expert) with structured learning paths for each level.
- Build and nurture a CausewayOne user community through targeted social media engagement, content, and campaigns — powered by the Certifier certification programme.
Skills & Experience
- Some experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role — junior to senior level considered; software or SaaS background is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills; project management or stakeholder coordination experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with or hands-on experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally Causeway Learn.
- Ability to develop and implement scalable training strategies and structure high-quality content for in-person and digital delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment; exposure to Product, Sales, or external vendors is a plus.
- Passionate about customer learning and enablement, with familiarity with content creation tools and AI-driven learning solutions.
What You'll Gain
- Hands‑on experience shaping a training function from the ground up — strategy, systems, and content.
- Hands‑on ownership of Causeway Learn, shaping how learning is delivered across the entire Causeway organisation.
- Exposure to multiple product lines, teams, and senior stakeholders across a fast‑growing software company.
- A track record of delivering measurable impact — training adoption, content quality, and client outcomes you can point to.
- For junior candidates: a structured environment to develop project management, stakeholder, and Causeway Learn/Certifier skills rapidly.
- For experienced candidates: the autonomy to build something meaningful and leave a lasting mark on Causeway's learning culture.
