LMS provides market leading end-to-end software solutions to the construction and construction-like industries across the entire build life cycle. Role Overview

The Causeway Adoption team is committed to ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our solutions. The LMS software or SaaS background is a plus:

  • Strong organisational skills; project management or stakeholder coordination experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with or hands-on experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally Causeway Learn.
  • Ability to develop and implement scalable training strategies and structure high-quality content for in-person and digital delivery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment; exposure to Product, Sales, or external vendors is a plus.
  • Passionate about customer learning and enablement, with familiarity with content creation tools and AI-driven learning solutions.
