Purpose Summary

You will be making outbound calls to construction professionals, Architects, Engineers, Design Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Project Managers with the aim of increasing our client’s specification/enquiry/quotation rates. Working with a portfolio of high-profile building material providers/manufacturers, targeting residential and commercial projects ranging from £1m to £500m.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls
  • Generating an opportunity for our clients to submit a specification/quotation on a live project.
  • Generate CPD presentations for our clients.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to construction professionals, to promote the key features and benefits of our Clients products.
  • Ensure our CRM database is updated and managed efficiently
  • Gather decision makers information and verify project details
  • Send Introductory emails and case studies.
  • Record daily results and KPI’s
  • Overcome objections
  • Process appointments/enquiries/CPDs.
