The Role

To provide a high-quality housing management and health and safety service, acting as a primary point of contact for tenants and delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes managing tenancies, carrying out health and safety inspections and compliance checks, maintaining accurate records, promoting tenant responsibilities, and taking enforcement action where required.

The postholder is expected to spend approximately 70% of their time at CIHA’s managed accommodation, ensuring effective tenancy management and compliance with health and safety standards.

The working hours for this role is 35 hours per week Monday-Friday.
