Job summary: To provide professional and technical advice, guidance and recommendations, line management responsibilities and to carry out all the functions associated with the delivery of the Council's responsibilities and statutory functions in respect of Planning.

The post may be offered on a full-time, part-time, permanent, temporary or fixed-term basis.
