Management and administration of Council's Grant Funding Programmes specifically, policy, evaluation/audit compliance. Managing compliance and verification of grant programmes, overseeing the processing of invoices, grant claims and returns to external funders, preparing & processing Letters of Offer/Rejection, verification of grant expenditure, processing of payments and project monitoring.

Responsible for the management, maintenance, review and development of Councils Online Grant Manager System. Understand, map and respond to the funding needs (Capital Projects and Revenue Projects) for the Council and its service areas in accordance with the Council's Corporate Plan and Service Strategies.

A reserve list may be established in order to fill future permanent and temporary posts that may arise for another similar vacancy within the following 18 months. The post may be offered on a full-time, part-time, permanent, temporary or fixed-term basis.
