Responsible for providing support to the Funding Unit to include financial, vouching, verification and monitoring of the Council's Grant Funding expenditure. Processing of all funds allocated to Grant Programmes by Council are recorded and reported on relevant Finance Systems. Ensure that all funds allocated to Grant Programmes by Council are effectively and efficiently accounted for in accordance with Council Policies and Procedures.
A reserve list may be established in order to fill future permanent and temporary posts that may arise for another similar vacancy within the following 18 months. The post may be offered on a full-time, part-time, permanent, temporary or fixed-term basis.
