About us: Causaly is redefining how humans acquire knowledge and develop insights in biomedicine. Our AI-powered platform enables researchers and decision-makers to discover and interpret evidence from millions of scientific publications, clinical trials, regulatory documents, and other complex data sources in minutes. We are building the world’s most advanced biomedical knowledge platform, powered by a high-precision Knowledge Graph and GenAI capabilities. Our technology is already used by leading biopharmaceutical organizations to accelerate drug discovery, improve safety, and drive better decision-making. Backed by top-tier investors including ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech, and Marathon, we are scaling rapidly and expanding our product suite and market presence.
We are looking for a highly proactive, technically curious GTM Engineer to help us build and evolve a modern, AI-native go-to-market engine at Causaly. This is not a traditional RevOps role. We are not looking for someone to “run HubSpot” or maintain existing processes. Instead, we want a builder: someone who moves fast, experiments, automates aggressively, and is excited to wire together tools, data, and workflows that directly support revenue teams. HubSpot will be your starting point, but not your end state. Over time, this role will extend across enrichment, outbound automation, AI tooling, and the broader GTM technology stack. This role is ideal for someone earlier in their career who is hungry to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by shipping improvements quickly rather than designing perfect systems upfront.
What You Will Do:
- Build and Own GTM Systems
- Own HubSpot as our core GTM system, including pipelines, properties, workflows, routing, sequences, and reporting.
- Improve data quality and reliability through automation, validation, and enrichment.
- Continuously simplify and refactor GTM processes as the business scales.
- Design Automation and Run AI-native Systems
- Design and implement event-based and trigger-based workflows (e.g. funding events, org changes, intent signals).
- Build and iterate on enrichment and outbound workflows using tools such as Clay and similar platforms.
- Reduce manual work across Sales, Marketing, and CS through aggressive automation.
- Own Data Flows and Visibility
- Own data flow and synchronisation across the GTM stack, ensuring systems stay aligned and reliable.
- Build dashboards and monitoring to surface pipeline health, activity, and data quality issues.
- Proactively identify and fix breakpoints in GTM workflows before they impact teams.
- Operate with Speed and Ownership
- Identify GTM friction points and fix them without waiting for perfect requirements.
- Move quickly from idea to implementation, prioritising velocity and impact over perfection.
- Take full ownership of outcomes, not just inputs.
- Partner with GTM Teams
- Work closely with Sales (including the SVP of Sales), Marketing, and Customer Success to understand real commercial needs.
- Translate GTM problems into technical solutions and ship improvements quickly.
- Document systems and workflows so they scale beyond the individual.
What We Are Looking For:
This role prioritises mindset and execution ability over seniority. You are likely a strong fit if you:
- Have 1–4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, Business Systems, or a similar role.
- Are hands-on with HubSpot (or another CRM) and enjoy building workflows and automation.
- Are technically curious and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Have experience wiring systems together using APIs, webhooks, or no/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, etc.).
- Move fast, ship work, and learn by doing.
- Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and do not need everything clearly defined upfront.
- Take initiative naturally and do not wait to be told what to do next.
Nice To Have (Not Required):
- Experience with enrichment or outbound tools (Clay, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).
- Comfort working with CSVs, basic scripting, or data transformations.
- Interest in AI-driven workflows and automation applied to GTM.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or complex GTM environments.
Benefits UK:
- Competitive compensation package
- Private medical insurance
- Private dental insurance
- Life insurance (4 x salary)
- Personal development budget
- Individual wellbeing budget
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Your birthday off!
- Potential to have real impact and accelerated career growth as a member of an international team that’s building a transformative AI product.
We are on a mission to accelerate scientific breakthroughs for ALL humankind, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and fairly consider qualified candidates without regard to race, ethnic or national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, neurodiversity, genetics, age, religion or belief, marital/civil partnership status, domestic / family status, veteran status or any other difference.
