- Partner closely with sales and marketing to identify event opportunities that align with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Manage all event logistics from start to finish, including vendor selection, booth design, A/V, travel coordination, shipping, swag, and lead capture systems.
- Build pre-event and post-event workflows in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure follow-up, ROI tracking, and measurement.
- Own the event calendar and budget, and deliver seamless project management across multiple events in-flight at once.
- Be on-site when needed to lead events and ensure every detail is executed with excellence.
Requirements:

- Proven success managing third-party events, webinars, and hosted field experiences that generate pipeline and elevate brand.
- Strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple workstreams without breaking a sweat.
