What You’ll Do
The Opportunity:
As we expand our partnerships, we are looking for a dynamic Strategic Client Associate to ensure our clients not only adopt and use Causaly but derive measurable value from it.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will combine data-driven account management with strategic problem solving. You will monitor account health, identify opportunities, and execute initiatives that foster adoption, build communities of users, and strengthen engagement through events and workshops.
You will be embedded in the action, helping to uncover the true challenges behind a client’s strategy and creating actionable plans that drive real change. By working directly with clients and alongside colleagues across Causaly, you will generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions that make a lasting difference in Life Sciences R&D.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Adoption and Value

Understand client’s strategy and develop hypothesis driven approaches on how to drive adoption and growth in the account

Take a data-driven approach to account management, tracking and reporting on account health.

Proactively identify challenges and opportunities for growth, such as Scientific Liaison led professional services, user community initiatives, or targeted engagement events.

Develop and execute plans to increase usage and adoption, ensuring clients realise tangible value.

Build / collaborate on building business case and projection models for the accounts
Problem Solving and Workstream Leadership

Take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face.

Use research, data analysis, interviews, and workshops to uncover root causes and generate fresh solutions.

Collaborate with clients to refine strategies and implement transformations that endure beyond our direct involvement.
Quarterly Planning and Execution

Define quarterly objectives and deliverables in alignment with the Strategic Client Partner (SCP).

Incorporate input from wider internal stakeholders (e.g. Scientific Liaison, Senior Strategic Consultant) to shape realistic and impactful objectives.

Deliver agreed outputs by coordinating team bandwidth and cross-functional support.
Workflow Management

Maintain a structured and up-to-date backlog of tasks (e.g. Asana).

Assign clear task owners and due dates, ensuring visibility and accountability.

Lead weekly working sessions to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and reallocate resources.
Communication and Reporting

Share weekly updates in the account Slack channel covering outcomes, next week’s deliverables, and specific support required.

Provide structured syntheses of client calls, including purpose, attendees, key topics, action items, and next steps.

Present monthly account health status reports showing engagement and client value over time against the initiatives run and the upcoming planned initiatives along with how these will attain our account goals.
Client Engagement Preparation

Align Quarterly Business Review (QBR) deliverables with the SCP and lead creation of high-quality client ready materials.

Proactively schedule and manage internal content reviews (e.g. agendas, kick-off decks, QBRs).

Keep the Causaly leadership fully informed of all upcoming client interactions, planned objectives for those interactions and structure outcomes oriented next steps that derive from them.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in client facing program, project, or consultative roles, ideally in life sciences or SaaS/AI sectors.

Proven ability to drive platform user adoption and value realisation, with experience monitoring account health and translating insights into action.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to tell a client’s story, uncover challenges, and shape opportunities.

Track record of leading structured delivery processes across teams and functions.
-
A consultative, hypothesis driven problem solving mindset with the ability to design and execute solutions that deliver lasting impact.

Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesising complex discussions into clear, actionable summaries.

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Advanced Excel and Power point) and proficient user of GenAI products (ChatGPT, Perplexity)

Motivation to deliver measurable outcomes for clients and thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.
