We’re looking for a Solution Lead / Architect who is passionate about helping world-leading enterprises design and deliver scalable, well-structured solutions to real business problems. You’ll work on impactful, high-visibility projects — defining architectures, creating solution specs, and leading technical delivery to ensure successful outcomes. You’ll serve as a hands-on tech lead: breaking projects into executable units and guiding teams through delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong solution architecture mindset: Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable designs and specifications.
  • Leadership and delivery skills: Experience leading technical projects end-to-end — structuring work, coordinating engineers, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Structured problem-solving: Skilled at understanding customer requirements, breaking them into components, and defining practical paths to execution.
  • Client-facing collaboration: Experienced working directly with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, propose solutions, and drive alignment.
  • Hands-on technical understanding: Comfortable diving into systems design and architecture discussions; experience with LLMs, RAGs, MCPs, or agentic workflows is a plus but not required.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate directly with top-tier enterprises to understand needs, design, and deploy bespoke agentic workflows.
  • Design and document robust solution architectures that leverage modern AI technologies.
  • Lead the delivery of high-impact solutions from concept to deployment — breaking projects into components, assigning work, and guiding engineers through implementation.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to deliver impactful solutions and continue building your technical expertise. We offer strong technical enablement and mentorship to help you grow in the role.

Benefits

We care about our people’s lives, both inside and outside of causaLens. Beyond the core benefits like competitive remuneration and a great work-life balance, we offer the following:

  • 25 days of paid holiday, plus bank holidays
  • carry over/sell holiday options (up to 5 days)
  • Share options
  • Pension scheme
  • Happy hours and team outings
  • Referral bonus program
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Friendly tech purchases
  • Benefits to choose from, including Health/Dental Insurance
  • Special Discounts
  • Learning and development budget
  • Work abroad days
  • Office snacks and drinks

Logistics

Our interview process consists of screening sessions with the hiring manager and a \”Day 0\” which involves an approximately 3-hour in-person challenge followed by an in-person presentation and interviews.
