We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer who is passionate about helping world-leading enterprises design and deliver scalable, well-structured solutions to real business problems. You’ll work on impactful, high-visibility projects — defining architectures, creating solution specs, and leading technical delivery to ensure successful outcomes. You’ll serve as a hands-on tech lead: breaking projects into executable units and guiding teams through delivery.
- Experience leading technical projects end-to-end — structuring work, coordinating engineers, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Design and document robust solution architectures that leverage modern AI technologies.
- Lead the delivery of high-impact solutions from concept to deployment — breaking projects into components, assigning work, and guiding engineers through implementation.
- Collaborate with the tech team to deliver impactful solutions and continue building your technical expertise.
