Vacancy: Structural Steel Project Coordinator

Job Description:

To effectively manage the modelling/drawing process through to the end of the project, attend design team meetings, assist in training apprentice detailers, and coordinate information with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. You will be responsible to the Drawing Office Manager / Technical Director.

Experience Required:

  • A sound understanding of the structural steelwork industry.
  • Ability to produce a fully detailed Tekla model, including GA’s, Fabrication Drawings & manufacturing data.
  • Excellent organisational, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of Tekla, StruMIS, and BIM processes.
  • AutoCAD / Revit / Navisworks experience. (In-house Training available).
  • A knowledge of CDE’s, ACC / 4P / Procore etc.
  • Word / Excel experience.
