The MEP Construction Manager will be expected to:
- Effectively converse, manage expectations and keep all parties informed at all times.
- React at short notice and liaise with the Directors and Owners of Caudwell Ltd.
- Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals who will become the end occupiers of Audley Square.
- Be comfortable liaising with them and their representatives when required.
- Exhibit strength of character to be in tune with the Caudwell culture.
- Be assertive and not afraid to stand their ground on issues.
