The Senior Marketing Executive provides hands-on delivery and production support across the Marketing team's workstreams, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to bring campaigns, collateral, content and events to life across Caudwell's super-prime residential developments. The role covers brand and print collateral production, social and digital content, photography/videography coordination, the practical use of AI creative tools to enhance imagery and content output. PR and event logistics support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage branded items and collateral as required, including full production management of all branded print & digital collaterals and printed materials.
- Manage print media schedules and PPC campaign.
- Own the day-to-day content calendar and posting across organic social media channels for all properties.
- Draft blog and email campaign content, including first drafts and management of AI writing tools.
- Coordinate photography and videography shoots for show apartments, and manage resulting assets.
- Hands-on use of Luma AI or similar platforms to enhance photography and create/dress spaces, plus general application of AI tools across imagery workstreams.
- Provide data pulls and draft workstream reporting for the wider Marketing team.
- Support PR events, sales activations and stakeholder events with on-the-ground activation logistics.
- Manage invoices and day-to-day budget admin for relevant workstreams.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing executive or similar delivery-focused role, ideally within luxury, property, or a comparable premium consumer sector.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across several properties/brands simultaneously.
- Confident working with, or keen to learn, AI-assisted creative tools (e.g. Luma AI) for image enhancement and content generation.
- Experience with print production, social media content management, and event or activation logistics.
- High attention to detail and strong brand awareness, given the super-prime/UHNW audience.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, comfortable supporting a team at pace.
