Position: Junior Construction Project Manager

Location: Site-Base, Mayfair, London

Full‐time- Initially One-year Fixed-term with a view to extension

Role responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, monitoring and completion of 1 Mayfair.
  • Coordinate with the project’s consultants, Compliance Monitoring Team (CMT), Construction Manager, contractors, and sub-contractors to drive design solutions that are compliant with the ERs.
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and the ERs.
  • Coordinate with the Construction Manager, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid delays to site activities.
  • Track project documentation including site progress, change orders, instructions, RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
  • Conduct relevant factory inspections to review compliance, evaluate quality and identify potential risks.
  • Provide regular reports on progress to the Project Manager.
  • Keep records and notes detailing actions and timeframes to close-out activities
  • Assist and support other members of the project team as required.

Experience:

  • At least five years’ experience within a recognised UK contracting or development organisation – ideally including high end residential, hospitality or heritage projects.
  • Strong customer focus and a desire for delivering exceptional quality, on time and on budget.
  • Knowledge of PlanGrid/BIM360 or similar digital site monitoring platform.
  • Knowledge of use of Aconex and familiarity of executing Workflows and RFIs.
  • Understanding of the construction process with a particular emphasis on super prime residential.
