Position: Junior Construction Project Manager
Location: Site-Base, Mayfair, London
Full‐time- Initially One-year Fixed-term with a view to extension
Role responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, monitoring and completion of 1 Mayfair.
- Coordinate with the project’s consultants, Compliance Monitoring Team (CMT), Construction Manager, contractors, and sub-contractors to drive design solutions that are compliant with the ERs.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and the ERs.
- Coordinate with the Construction Manager, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid delays to site activities.
- Track project documentation including site progress, change orders, instructions, RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
- Conduct relevant factory inspections to review compliance, evaluate quality and identify potential risks.
- Provide regular reports on progress to the Project Manager.
- Keep records and notes detailing actions and timeframes to close-out activities
- Assist and support other members of the project team as required.
Experience:
- At least five years’ experience within a recognised UK contracting or development organisation – ideally including high end residential, hospitality or heritage projects.
- Strong customer focus and a desire for delivering exceptional quality, on time and on budget.
- Knowledge of PlanGrid/BIM360 or similar digital site monitoring platform.
- Knowledge of use of Aconex and familiarity of executing Workflows and RFIs.
- Understanding of the construction process with a particular emphasis on super prime residential.
