Caudwell is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a Mayfair project (1 Mayfair). This role focuses on detailed reviews of trade contractor accounts, final accounts, valuations and claims, with forensic auditing outcomes. You will work with the Development Delivery Team on projects in London and the South of France.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years in QS, strong contractual knowledge, and the ability to manage complex variation accounts with independence and integrity.
