Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive diary management and coordination support for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Organise meetings, ensuring leaders are fully prepared with agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and business reviews, including room bookings, technology set‑up, and meeting logistics.
- Manage global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office, maintaining a professional, organised, and welcoming environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders.
- Ensure office facilities, meeting spaces, and supplies are maintained and ready for business activities.
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Provide administrative support across people and culture processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, HR Administration or similar coordination role.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Proven experience within an SME or similar hands‑on environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating international travel arrangements is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams or executives.

Additional Information
- Location: On‑site, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Flexibility required on an ad‑hoc basis, including travel to the Lowestoft site when required.

- 5‑day working week.
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
