Caudwell Children is seeking an experienced Volunteer Manager to lead a sustainable volunteer strategy, onboarding journeys and programmes. You will promote volunteering, build internal and external relationships, manage recruitment, DBS checks and training, and oversee volunteering across departments with a focus on delivering impact for families of disabled and neurodivergent children.
The role includes line management of the Volunteer Administrator, coordinating recognition activities.
