We are seeking passionate, talented, sales‑driven individuals to drive our growth and fast development in the UK! Caudalie UK LTD is looking for a BEAUTY EXPERT based in BIRMINGHAM to support the point of sales Sephora Bullring. You will report to Caudalie’s Retail Sales Manager. You will be responsible for representing the brand, for brand growth through sales, building relationships, and facilitating exciting trainings.
Job Responsibilities- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Facilitate trainings to educate, excite and motivate teams at various points of sales.
- Maintain communication with the Key Accounts team to ensure proper merchandising and stock (live product and testers) at various points of sales.
- Develop relationships and partnerships with stores managers and sales staff to enhance overall growth.
- Send sales reports in a timely manner to Retail Sales Manager.
- Manage your own carstock (testers, gratis, gifts with purchase).
- Support the marketing team with marketing events and head‑office events as needed.
- Follow and execute the marketing plan for each campaign.
- Travel as needed to support the various points of sale, and strategically manage calendar in partnership with manager.
- Maintain a working relationship with Caudalie’s Sales and Education Managers in the field.
- You are sales‑driven, love a challenge, and creative in identifying new opportunities to drive the business.
- You are passionate about all things beauty, especially skincare!

- You confidently approach clients at the point of sale and have experience traffic stopping.
- You are skilled at building relationships.

- You can travel in the area specified for this role, and additionally to our Head Office in London as well as out of the country for seminars.

- Working Hours: 18H to 24H / WEEK
- Shift times can vary Ex: 11-5pm, 1-8pm.
- Benefits: Monthly bonus, company phone and iPad, lunch allocation per day worked in the field, reasonable professional expenses including travel.
