Hours:
- Summer (Easter–October): Saturday & Sunday, 8.30am–4.30pm (minimum 14 hours per week)
- Winter (October–Easter): Saturday, 8.30am–4.30pm + midweek relief (minimum 7 hours per week)
Role: You will take sole responsibility for running the kitchen at weekends, preparing and serving fresh food and home baking, supporting menu planning, managing stock, and catering for events and room hires. You will also help ensure high standards of food safety and customer service at all times.
