- Supervise and support students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Assist when necessary with the smooth operation of the dining hall, encouraging good table manners and promoting healthy eating.
- Help manage outdoor playtime, ensuring students engage in safe and fun activities.
- Provide a caring and supportive presence for students, addressing any conflicts or concerns that arise.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a positive school environment. A warm, friendly approach and a passion for working with children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage situations calmly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. A supportive and welcoming team environment.
