Location: Remote with some occasional travel and overnight stays

Responsibilities of our Learning & Development Systems Partner:
- ensure successful adoption of digital systems and platforms that facilitate the delivery of the charity s 10-year strategy
- support digital systems, including the new Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and have a key role in the learning and development for other digital systems and addressing the digital skills of the organisation
- scope, analyse, design and continually evaluate accessible approaches to learning and development that cater to all stakeholders, including Volunteers
- design and implement learning and development plans, effectively use our Learner Management System (LMS) and support initiatives such as Champion networks
About the Learning and Development team:
- the Learning and Development (L&D) team support over 12,000 volunteers and over 1,000 employees, supporting them with the skills relevant to their roles and enabling the charity to achieve its vision and aims
- the Digital Learning Team sits within L&D and is made up of a Digital Learning Specialist, L&D Systems Partner, Digital Learning Developers and a Digital Learning Systems and Data Officer
What we re looking for in our Learning & Development Systems Partner:
- an understanding of the complexities of system implementation and integration
- experience of driving the adoption of new digital systems by users and improving digital skills
- experience of designing and delivering technical skills and system learning, including Customer Relationship Management learning
- experience of business systems such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power BI and SharePoint
- people management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation including volunteers
- a Learning & Development qualification or a minimum of three years equivalent experience
- experience in facilitation, training delivery and presentation skills in both online and physical settings
