Stafford House International provide a range of business-focused courses, supporting adult EFL learners wanting to focus on Marketing, Project, and Business management. We are looking for a confident and experienced teacher to join us. There may also be the potential opportunity to teach our evening Bloomberg Market Concepts course, using our state-of-the-art Bloomberg lab to teach students about financial and investment analysis, if you are suitably experienced.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent
- CELTA (DELTA or equivalent is preferred)
- Experience of teaching Business English is essential
- Industry experience in either Marketing / Management / Finance is preferred
- Min 2 years classroom experience is preferred
- Experience of teaching using Interactive Whiteboards and Microsoft Office packages is preferred
- Commitment to delivering high quality lessons, with creative lesson content and design
- Flexibility and willingness to work occasionally evenings is essential
Details
- Part-time hours - 19 hours per week, allowing you time to spend exploring the city or to commit to other projects
- Core teaching hours are 9am-12.20pm weekdays, additional hours may involve additional teaching or admin and course development
- This is a permanent contract, paying £28,660.00 per annum
- We support your CPD through INSET sessions, observations, and development hours
- Based centrally at our school in Bloomsbury, London. Just a 3-minute walk from Holborn station
