At Stafford House Study Holidays, we welcome over 6,000 young learners (aged 8–17) from around the world each summer. Our mission is to help students improve their English through engaging classroom lessons and a lively program of activities and excursions. We believe that learning extends beyond the classroom, and we are committed to creating an unforgettable summer experience.
Reporting to the Excursions Manager, our Excursion Administrator is responsible for supporting our high-quality excursions programme.
Location: Uxbridge, West London
Dates: Late June – mid-August
Hours: Working 52 hours per week over a 6-day week. This is a fully immersive working experience. We provide full-board accommodation throughout your contract.
The Role Involves:
- Play a large part in the Staff Induction Day, usually one or two days prior to students' arrival.
- Provide training to Activity Leaders and Teachers in organising excursions.
- Support the Excursions Manager (EM) with administrative tasks (e.g. excursion document preparation).
- Control the excursion materials stock, including items belonging to Stafford House Study Holidays, the centre and hired items.
- Return all unused/durable stock to Head Office in good condition.
- Gain a sound knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
- Support EM with ensuring that excursions are run according to Stafford House Study Holidays procedures and rules.
