At Stafford House Study Holidays, we welcome over 6,000 young learners (aged 8 to 17) from around the world each summer. Our mission is to help students improve their English through engaging classroom lessons and a lively programme of activities and excursions.
As Excursions Manager, you will:
- Confirm bookings and liaise with external suppliers such as coach companies.
- Work with centre staff to ensure everything is in place for each trip.
- Support a team of Activity Leaders, Senior Activity Leaders, and Teachers by giving briefings and assigning tasks so excursions are enjoyable and meet student expectations.
Locations: Oakham, Leicestershire
Contract: Contract of 4–6 weeks from 16th June to 9th August 2025 (depending on school). Flexible within this window. You must be available to attend our training weekend on 19th June 2026.
Hours: 60 hours per week over 6 days, including some night-time duties on a rota basis. We provide full board accommodation.
Pay: £762.60 per week + holiday entitlement.
