What are your plans for summer? How about spending your time teaching in Canterbury. We can support you with accommodation in a single, en-suite room with full-board should you wish to stay with us. We offer contracts of 15-30 hours teaching per week, giving you plenty of free time to relax and explore historic Canterbury and our surrounding areas. It could be a working holiday!
Our English Language School is situated just a 5-minute walk from Canterbury city centre. From June to August, we welcome groups of young, international students onto our Summer Study Programmes. Our EFL Teachers are welcomed into our friendly teaching team at Stafford House School, where you will teach general English classes, with the potential to teach exam classes. We welcome experienced and newly qualified teachers, as we help to support your training and development.

Hourly rate: between £20.00 - £24.00 per contact hour (teaching) - to be reviewed in January 2026. Additional duties if applicable paid at £14.35 per hour - to be reviewed in January 2026. Full board accommodation may be available for £77.70 per week.
