ABOUT THE WORTHGATE SCHOOL
The Worthgate School offers an outstanding international pre-university educational experience to students aged 13+ from all over the world. Students study for GCSEs, A levels and University Foundation Programmes, preparing for admission to universities across the country and elsewhere. We pride ourselves on our approach to teaching and learning, with small class sizes and an informal atmosphere ensuring that students are treated as individuals and build great relationships with staff.
JOB OVERVIEW
We take great pride in our appearance, and the cleaning team play a crucial part in ensuring a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for our students, staff and visitors. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be required to carry out a variety of cleaning duties across the Worthgate School and School of English buildings, boarding residences, and grounds on a day-to-day basis; ensuring consistently high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. This role will report directly into the Cleaning Supervisor working within the Cleaning Team, however you will play a vital part in the overall Operations Team of the school which is made up of three departments: Cleaning, Catering and Maintenance. You will be required to work Monday-Friday.
