ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Partner you will work alongside the Group Talent Manager to identify current and future hiring needs across the group.

This role will manage the full Talent life cycle from job specification to onboarding and will strengthen our Talent Team’s provision in supporting the group.

The post holder will be expected to be experienced in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates in addition to developing a wide and comprehensive pipeline.

You will need to be skilled at developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders as well as highly organised, as you will be managing multiple conflicting deadlines.

This role will also be expected to lead on group‑wide projects and initiatives to further develop the Talent Team and the service provided.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (gained from either agency or an in‑house recruitment role)
  • Understanding and knowledge of the Education sector is desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of safer recruitment guidelines or a willingness to develop expertise in this area
  • Solid understanding of 360 recruitment life cycle
  • Experience using various interview formats (e. g., phone, structured, group)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; we use Jobtrain.
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation in the UK
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
