Ready to shape how a global education brand goes to market? We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and product positioning for Stafford House International and Stafford House Study Holidays. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business. Working across sales, academic and operational teams, you'll drive the marketing agenda, shape how our programmes are presented to international audiences, and ensure our campaigns support both student recruitment and long-term business growth.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week in our central London school

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
  • Can balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
  • Is naturally curious about customers, markets and competitor activity.
  • Builds strong relationships and is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Can turn complex information into clear, engaging marketing messages.
  • Loves creating content but also enjoys thinking about the bigger commercial picture.
  • Is confident using data and insight to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • Brings energy, ideas and a collaborative approach to their work.

You’ll probably have:

  • Experience in a marketing role where you've planned and delivered successful campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting ability.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Canva, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Experience in education, travel or an international environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
