BCS Prep is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Assistant Administrator to support the smooth running of the school’s daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy environment and contributing to the success of a vibrant school community.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident interacting with parents, pupils, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
The role requires good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, and experience working within a school or educational setting would be advantageous.
