The Opportunity
We are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced pilots who may be interested in joining our flight operations team as a First Officer on the Bombardier Global Express XRS, based at Farnborough Airport.
Operating within the business aviation sector, this opportunity would suit a professional, safety-conscious pilot with experience operating long-range business jets and an understanding of the flexibility, discretion and high standards expected within private aviation.
The position would operate on a rotational two weeks on / two weeks off roster, with international flying and a varied operational programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Bombardier Global XRS as First Officer in accordance with company procedures, operational manuals and applicable aviation regulations.
- Support the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of all flights, maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and professionalism.
- Assist with flight planning, aircraft performance calculations, fuel planning, weather assessments and route selection.
- Maintain compliance with applicable flight time limitations, operational requirements and company safety management procedures.
- Maintain effective communication, situational awareness and sound decision-making throughout all phases of flight.
- Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service, recognising the specific requirements of private and business aviation clients.
- Work closely with Operations, Ground Handling and Maintenance teams to ensure the smooth delivery of flight operations.
- Maintain accurate flight documentation, technical records and operational paperwork as required.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with passengers, handling agents and external service providers.
- Remain flexible to accommodate changing schedules, international destinations and the operational demands of private charter.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 500 hours on the Bombardier Global XRS.
- Appropriate Global XRS make-and-model type rating endorsed on the pilot licence.
- Valid UK CAA or EASA ATPL(A), or CPL(A) with ATPL theory credits, as applicable to the operator's requirements.
- Valid and current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid instrument rating and appropriate multi-crew qualifications.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
- A strong commitment to flight safety, regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and decision-making skills.
- A flexible and professional approach to international business aviation operations.
- Ability to work effectively within a two weeks on / two weeks off rotational roster.
