THE ROLE In this role, you will work closely with our Residential Conveyancing team, providing vital support to Conveyancers in managing property transactions.

Key Responsibilities Assist fee-earners in managing a varied caseload of property transactions from start to finish.

Prepare and issue initial documentation to clients in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders at every stage of the transaction.

Conduct property searches and assist with client onboarding.

Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management.

Monitor the progress of cases and proactively follow up to ensure files are moving forward as required.

Ensure all files meet regulatory compliance standards.

Deliver excellent service to clients by providing regular updates and keeping them informed throughout the process.
