Sales Support Executive (French Speaking)

As sales support, you will liaise and interact with our European customers and all internal departments within ASM Technologies. At ASM, we like to develop individuals within the organisation, and our Sales Support role serves as a stepping stone towards becoming an Account Manager. We\’re invested in your growth and will provide the training and mentorship you need to thrive.
This role is located at our headquarters in Northwich, and we offer colleagues the opportunity to work hybrid (minimum three days working in the office) following completion of their probationary period.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide pre and post-sales support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Act as a key point of contact and ensure orders are processed accurately and in line with contractual SLAs.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, address inquiries, and provide solutions.
- Monitor and expedite client orders to ensure delivery within client SLAs, resolving any delivery issues and ensuring the customer is informed as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with internal best practice processes.
- Work in collaboration with internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales, and purchasing.
- Undertake additional duties that may be required from time to time.
Skills Required
- Strong interest in technology and its applications in businesses.
- Fluency in French, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ambition and drive to excel in a sales-oriented career.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Quick thinker, methodical with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify the root cause for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work well as part of a team or on your own using initiative to problem-solve.
- Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
