As a Training Scheduler you will bepart of a dedicated, experienced and focused team delivering outstanding and vital support to flying operations. Youwill be concentrated on Air Safety as you ensure you schedule accurately and efficiently so that staff and trainees can achieve their training missions byday and night. • Write a busy training schedulecovering classroom, synthetics and live flying sorties utilising various ITsystems supporting a modern approach to air operations delivery.
• Control a dynamic and flexibleaircraft scheduling plan, liaising with flying supervisors, aircrew on theground and key partners to ensure a safe and efficient plan is met.
• Maintain accurate records to reportsorties achieved and report any failures or cancellations using the correctreporting systems.
• Work together with our customer, andkey partners, to ensure that the daily flying programme requirements aredelivered on time.
• Schedule and deliver the night flyingprogramme when required.
• Provide data and progress reports toinform performance reporting requirements.
• Work closely with the TrainingManagement team to maximise course output.
• Respond to various aviationemergencies in a timely and calm manner.

You will already have abreadth of experience working within a similar complex and fast-pacedenvironment. You will thrive working aspart of the scheduling team along with our key partners in order to deliver thebest possible support to the aircrew.Your strong communication skills and the ability to quickly prioritisewill be vital in a fast-paced and dynamic aviation environment.

You will enjoy working in ateam that is focused on safety and a desire to deliver a timely and accurateschedule including programming flights, synthetics and classroom lessons ontime, every time. You will know theimportance of being able to work successfully in situations that can often bepressured.

It would be great, however notessential if you have prior experience within military aviation operationsenvironment.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week and provides a stable Monday to Friday work schedule.

This role requires the successful candidate to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
