Cator Wells Finance is seeking an experienced self-employed property finance broker to build their own client book while benefiting from our brand, lender relationships, and support. This role is not a trainee or cold-calling position and requires existing experience in bridging, development finance or specialist property lending.
You will originate and manage enquiries, assess client needs, structure funding options and progress transactions to completion.
