The AI Security Field CTO will be part of the Field AI Engineering team, a unique group of professionals combining strong technical expertise with excellent customer-facing skills. In this role, you will lead major customer engagements, both remotely and on-site, and tackle the most complex challenges faced by our customers. You will act as an expert on the entire AI Security space and product offering, supporting our GTM organization needs.

The AI Security Field CTO has full visibility of all projects and activities in all domains, with the ability to forward messages to the field and influence decisions with customer and partner feedback.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work closely with customers, partners, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Ops, UI/UX, Documentation, Training, and Customer Success teams to deliver best-in-class AI security products.
  • Build product demos and demonstrate the product for strategic accounts and high-profile meetings.
  • Drive AI Security deal success by handling complex technical sales engagements.
  • Break down strategic product-related goals into actionable tasks and manage execution across relevant departments.
  • Conduct product research, write detailed product design documents, and manage end-to-end execution to deliver features.
  • Create and deliver presentations for customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
  • Support sales in large opportunities, RFI/RFP, and collect requirements and gaps.
  • Lead and support complex customer deployments, from initial design through implementation and validation.
  • Act as a hands-on technical expert throughout the customer lifecycle, contributing wherever needed to ensure successful outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum of 10 years in B2B Pre-Sales experience, Solutions Architect, Field CTO or Product Management in Cyber Security vendors.
  • Strong technical background in AI, Software Engineering or Cyber Security.
  • Strong presentation skills and written communication in emails, RFPs, and reports.
  • Business driven and Customer first attitude.
  • Ability to conduct market and user research by performing competitive analysis and understanding client needs.
  • Travel as needed to meet customers and partners face-to-face.
