We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and fun‑loving individual to join our coaching team as a Summer Holiday Coach, helping to deliver engaging, high‑quality experiences for children during our junior holiday programmes. This role is all about energy, positivity and connection. You’ll work alongside our existing coaching team to support and inspire young riders through action‑packed days filled with learning, laughter and memorable moments. If you love working with children, bringing sessions to life and being at the heart of the fun, this could be the perfect summer role.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting coaches during junior holiday riding programmes
  • Group riding sessions tailored to different abilities
  • Hacking and confidence‑building rides
  • Delivering and assisting with stable management lectures
  • Eating lunch with the children, helping create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
  • Encouraging learning through games, activities and hands‑on experiences
  • Creating a safe, happy environment where children can learn, grow and have fun

Role: Summer Holiday Coach

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Contract length: 10 weeks

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Qualification: Ideally Stage 2 Coaching qualification

You’ll be confident, approachable and safety‑focused, with a natural ability to engage children and make sessions enjoyable and educational. Most importantly, you’ll bring enthusiasm, warmth and a great sense of fun to every day. You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
