Wellington Riding is looking for new riding coaches to join their team. Love horses? Love teaching? We’re expanding our coaching team and want passionate people like you! We have flexible opportunities, from full-time, part-time, to weekend roles to fit your lifestyle.

Join our team in a role teaching children and adults for both individual and group lessons of all levels. Every day is different, from teaching beginners to supporting competitive riders. As part of the team, you will need a strong sense of teamwork and a can-do attitude.

This unique role offers many opportunities for career development and training. Our diverse centre combines many parts of the industry from high-level shows to grassroots riders. The team are vibrant and enjoys all this busy environment has to offer.
