Job Responsibilities
- On-site Equipment Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance on energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, transformers, switchgear, fire suppression systems, etc.) according to O&M plans; promptly identify and resolve equipment anomalies to ensure safe and stable system operation.
- Fault Diagnosis & Emergency Response: Receive and respond to equipment fault alarms; rapidly perform on-site fault localization, root cause analysis, and repair recovery; coordinate with relevant technical teams on complex faults to minimize downtime and improve system availability.
- Equipment Commissioning Support: Coordinate resources for post-installation commissioning, grid-connection testing, trial operation, and final acceptance of energy storage projects.
- O&M Data Management & Reporting: Collect and organize operational data, fault records, maintenance records, and inspection reports; analyze equipment operating status and health conditions; propose optimization recommendations; and regularly produce O&M analysis reports to support equipment reliability improvement.
- On-site Safety Management & Customer Communication: Strictly enforce electrical safety operation procedures and energy storage industry safety standards; implement on-site risk control and work permit systems; maintain communication and coordination with customers, owners, and relevant partners; provide timely feedback on equipment operation; and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Fault Diagnosis: In charge of inspection, maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis of new energy vehicles; conducted testing and repairs on the power battery, drive motor, and electronic control systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Skills: Experience in O&M and maintenance of large-scale energy storage projects preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Languages: Fluent in English, good at Spanish is a plus
