Responsibilities:
- Field service execution including EV & ESS battery diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
- Service campaign execution under the instruction of HQ.
- Lead regional service agents’ task assignment, supervising, and technical support.
- Support of work order submission of regional service agents.
- Effectively meet customer needs, build proactive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical consultation on-site and remotely for customers and their local dealers and distributors.
- Coordinate quality, systems, and emergency issues with related departments and provide on-site support including data collection, quality rework, commissioning, etc. regionally.
- Handle regional emergencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, engineering-related majors preferred.
- Familiar with the ESS industry, battery industry, battery structure principles, and common battery maintenance knowledge.
- Three years or more of relevant on-site maintenance experience in battery, electrical, electronic, and other fields.
- Familiar with office software, capable of writing official documents, customer communication skills, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in English.
- Accept necessary business trips.
