Field service execution includes EV & ESS battery diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. Service campaign execution under the instruction of HQ. Lead regional service agents’ task assignment, supervising, and technical support. Support of work order submission of regional service agents. Effectively meet customer needs, build proactive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Provide technical consultation on-site and remotely for customers and their local dealers and distributors. Coordinate quality, systems and emergency issues with related departments and also provide on-site support including data collection, quality rework, commissioning, etc. regionally.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, engineering-related majors preferred.
  • Familiar with the ESS industry, battery industry, battery structure principles, and common battery maintenance knowledge.
  • Three years or more of relevant on-site maintenance experience in battery, electrical, electronic, and other fields.
  • Familiar with office software, capable of writing official documents, customer communication skills, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.
