We are looking for a highly organised, detail oriented Project Support Administrator to work directly and support the Project Managers. This role requires someone who is not only excellent at administration and coordination but also confident, assertive, and able to keep fast moving projects and the people running them on track. The ideal candidate will bring energy, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership, someone who can anticipate needs, chase down actions, and make sure deadlines are met, all while building strong working relationships across the team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will report direct to the Project Director with daily reporting on projects.
  • You will be responsible for uploading documents and managing the admin of the projects ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards and assisting in planning and execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, drawings, and specifications and document management systems.
  • Organise, track, and update document versions to prevent duplication and ensure consistency.
  • Support teams by providing access to essential documents and data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to standardise documentation formats and guidelines.
  • Provide direct administrative support to Project Managers, including diary management, meeting coordination, project updates and delivery times.
  • Track project progress, monitor schedules, and report updates to Project Managers and team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years' administrative support in a fast-paced work environment, meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with proven experience in a similar role.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working in engineering or construction as Project Administrator or Document Controller.
  • Engineering or construction background in document control.
