Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer phone calls and emails, responding to enquiries or directing them appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Support diary management, meetings, and minute-taking where required
  • Order office supplies and liaise with suppliers when necessary
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers and teams as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a business support role essential, ideally 2 years plus
  • Applicants must have Minimum 3 GCSE’s grades A to C to include English and Maths OR equivalent

  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Experience working in a small or fast-paced business environment
