The successful candidate must have previous office administration experience in a business support role. The job involves providing efficient and reliable administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, supporting internal teams, and acting as a first point of contact for enquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems
  • Support diary management, meetings, and minute taking where required
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers and teams as required
  • Answer phone calls and emails, responding to enquiries or directing them appropriately
  • Order office supplies and liaise with suppliers when necessary

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a business support role essential, ideally 2 years plus
  • Applicants must have Minimum 3 GCSE’s grades A - C to include English and Maths or equivalent
