We are seeking a Customer Service’s Assistant to join this established team. The business supplies wholesale food brands, both frozen and chilled, to butchers, supermarkets and local stores in Derry and Donegal.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks. Although the primary working days are Tuesday and Saturday, there may be opportunities to learn additional roles or provide cover when other team members are absent.
Responsibilities:- Serving customers.
- Packing food products to company standards.
- Keeping the retail shop clean, tidy and well-presented.
- Operating and balancing the till accurately.
- Supporting general shop operations as needed.
- Previous experience working in retail or food customer services environment.
- Salary: £24,000 per annum, pro rata.
