They are seeking a talented and motivated Chartered Architect with a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience to join their growing team. Responsibilities- Work across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to delivery.
- Produce detailed design, technical drawings, and construction information.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Attend client and design team meetings as required.
- Lead projects from initial client brief and concept design through to completion.
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and develop design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Manage planning applications, building regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across a variety of sectors.
- Experience working on projects in the UK/Ireland.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven post-qualification experience within a professional architectural practice.
- Proficiency in relevant design and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
- Experience working as an Architectural Technician or Technologist.
- BIM experience.
