About the Role:
- Enter, update and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets and databases.
- Validate information for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Identify, correct and escalate errors or discrepancies when required.
- Process incoming forms, documents, applications, requests or transactions according to procedures.
- Prepare, code, sort and organise data for processing and reporting.
- Scan, upload and classify digital documents in line with records management practices.
- Conduct routine data quality checks and audits.
