Integritas Allied Health is CatholicCare Sydney's clinic dedicated to providing an interprofessional allied health service that is person-centred. We deliver high-quality, evidence-based healthcare for children, families, young people, and adults with disabilities to help them achieve their goals.
We have a very exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to support our wide range of clients in clinic, in homes and community settings such as schools. You can choose between:
- Paediatric OT: working in the CatholicCare clinic, homes, schools, childcares
- Aged-Care OT: providing home and community-based therapy for the elderly
- Both: if you prefer working across the life span

Our Occupational therapists work closely with other Clinical therapies and Home Care team, to receive guidance and exchange information, and with clients and their families, to build supportive relationships within the confines of external funding guidelines.
About the Role
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Engage with a multidisciplinary team to assess and address occupational performance challenges, involving families and carers when appropriate.
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilise functional, standardised, and non-standardised tools to evaluate clients' age, goals, and diagnoses or disabilities.
- Develop Tailored Therapy Programs: Co-design, implement, and review individualised therapy plans in partnership with the Senior Occupational Therapist, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Offer professional advice to early intervention, mainstream, and school transition services, supporting children and families in their journey.
- Produce Clear Documentation: Generate timely reports with actionable recommendations to inform ongoing therapy planning.
- Empower Clients and Families: Assist clients, families, and carers in accessing both specialist and mainstream community supports, fostering independence and well-being.
- Liaise with Homecare Teams: Provide professional guidance to Homecare teams engaged with older clients, ensuring holistic care.
About you
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), or equivalent and registered with AHPRA
- Working with Children Check and understanding of Child Protection Legislation
- Current NSW driver license and use of registered motor vehicle
- NDIS Check
